General Rules and Terms

• Commissions are only for personal use, usage for commercial purposes are prohibited
• Commissions are ** not made for NFTs or be used and train AI**
• Commissioners can post the artwork on their personal pages/social media, credit must be visible
• Commissioners can print out for personal display and keeping, reselling is not allowed
• I have the right to decline your request
• I am allowed to share the commission on my social media
• I retain all rights to the commission artwork and will put it in my samples
• It will take me about 2 weeks ~ 8 weeks to finish the commission depending on the type/complexity
• Turnaround time can take up to 8 weeks in between each piece
• Will only work on 1 commission each time
• No rushing or deadlines
• Finished commission will be sent via e-mail/google drive folder (watermarked & non-watermarked version, png format)
• No further edits will be made once everything has been finalised and sent through
• Commissioners cannot alter the final product

PAYMENT & REFUND

• Prices are listed as USD currency
• Multiple slots made by 1 person is allowed
• ** Full payment upfront** after discussing the details
• Once payment has been made, I'll add you into queue
• If somehow there's any reason, I am unable to finish your commission, partial refunds will be given based on how much workload has been done
• Payment through Paypal or Ko-fi

Custom sizes can be requested at the start• Base prices will rise depending on the complexity of the design• Maximum number of characters allowed per piece is 3 except for Full-Body*Additional fees for items & backgrounds:
• Item starts from $10 ( Items are examples such as chair / tables / etc)• Solid / Gradient Background is free
+ $15~$20 for simple background
+ $50 onwards for detailed background

The process

• Any kinds of visual references (Including rough sketches) that can help with the image you have in mind for the commission are very much appreciated, descriptive text is not my forte
• I will contact and discuss details with you if I have accepted your commission
• When details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you
• A sketch will be given for your approval. **Any major changes **must be made at this stage
• Once the sketch stage is approved, there won't be any major revisions allowed
• Only 1 minor revisions can be made (suggested by you) during coloring process***Major changes are as such: **
Character’s pose, body shape, adjustment to parts of the drawing linework, anything that will affect the composition of the commission
